Organizational plan is presented for conducting direct experiments into vital body functions performed by one astronaut as investigator upon another astronaut as subject during manned space flights; plan is designed to involve most compact equipment and most efficient "in flight" experimental procedure necessary for obtaining given list of physiological data; list is developed to produce table containing minimum necessary equipment and also most efficient combination and sequence of "in flight" experimental procedures.
