Basic ground support cycle which is needed to process and launch reusable spacecraft efficiently is examined; digital simulation was employed in analysis using following characteristic design data -- processing time in each facility, number of bays, lines, stands and pads, manufacturing delivery schedule or fixed-fleet inventory of stages; stage reliabilities in launch and recovery operation, subsystem failure rate, transportation times, types of spacecraft, mission time, and length of simulated time; results obtained in 16 case studies and statistical evaluation by means of model's Monte Carlo Capability.
