Lunar excursion module (LEM) environmental control system (ECS) is comprised of atmosphere revitalization, oxygen supply, cabin pressure control, heat transport, water management, and cold plates; description of LEM system sections, checkout phases before and during orbit, and operational sequences with regard to in-flight mission; ECS in-flight instrumentation, compatible with operational procedures, is restricted to spacecraft performance and management, crew safety functions to assist in making abort decision, status of expendable items, and indications of switch to back-up equipment.
