Results of Phase II effort of multiphase program directed toward development and production of suitable propellant feed systems for operational thermal arc-jet thrustors are presented; Phase consists of design study of propellant feed systems required to service ammonia and hydrogen fueled arc-jet thrustors when used to transfer communications satellite from low earth orbit to synchronous equatorial orbit; storage, expulsion and control elements of these systems are considered; recommendations are made.
