Unified Test Plan, applied at General Dynamics/Astronautics, combined all tests of various departmental organizations and reduced number of tests required, by combining requirements of all departments; this saved time, test specimens, personnel and costs; publication of all tests, controlled by Test Integration group, enhanced discipline; test criteria are more analytical, test data more universal in usefulness, and corrective action surer.
