Linearization of equations of motion in curvilinear system of coordinates is described whose origin also moves at orbital rate on circular reference orbit; resulting equations can be used to study larger class of problems; to illustrate one of many ways these relations may be used in preliminary design, lunar launch and ascent phase of lunar orbit rendezvous mission is considered.
