Results of investigation made by Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory are presented; rotor configuration studied utilizes jet-flap for cyclic and collective pitch control as well as for propulsion; effects of blade center-of-gravity position, bending-to-torsional frequency ratio, advance ratio and control-flap characteristics on aeroelastic characteristics of rotor system are reviewed.
