Reference is made to Brit Civ Airworthiness Requirements (BCAR), Sec G, "Rotorcraft", Flight Requirements, contained in Sec G -- Sub-Sec G2; aims of revision of flight requirements were enlarging applicability of requirements to different types of rotorcraft, introducing performance requirements for multi-engined rotorcraft to cater for engine failure, revising handling requirements and achieving compatibility with U S Civ Air Regulation, Pt 7 -- Rotorcraft Airworthiness; transport categories; aspects of requirements and problem areas.
