New self-steering, load-equalizing, trailer truck rear axle suspension system which can result in annual tire savings of up to $1200/trailer, was developed by Nat Castings Co, Cleveland, Ohio; self-steering feature reduces tractive forces on curves by up to two thirds; most important factor is castering of front trailing axle.
