Two new power plants, one 6-cylinder and other eight-in-line, of similar design, developing 400 and 535 hp. respectively, developed by J. G. Brill Co., Philadelphia; 8-cylinder equipment described in detail; in addition to main engine, small automotive-type 4-cylinder engine of 15 hp. is used to drive 32-to 40-volt generator, having continuous rating of 7.5 kw., for battery charging and other purposes; low-voltage circuit diagram given.
