Construction methods for building of extension to existing 5646 ft runway and parallel taxiway to 8100 ft at Greater Buffalo, NY, International Airport; two major reinforced concrete structures to allow airplanes to overpass railroad and highway, and installation of three-barrel corrugated metal culvert to handle 2.2 million cu yd of earth are described.
