As part of program to modernize its docks and associated facilities, Port of London Authority has added to fleet, floating crane able to lift 60 tons to height of 100 ft and to maximum radius of 90 ft; two Voith-Schneider propellers powered by electric motors give crane speed of 9 1/2 knots; main particulars are shown in table.
