Two outstanding new dock improvements completed during 1930 were construction by Port of Seattle of Salmon Terminals on Pier 40 and modern passenger terminal at foot of Lenora Street, for use of Canadian Pacific's Seattle-Victoria-Vancouver service; installation of marine elevators; passenger-terminal design.
