Bushey and Sons; designed to carry maximum amount of oil at minimum draft; vessel can carry 300,000 gal of gasoline or diesel oil at draft of 8 ft, or 11,000 bbl at draft of 10 1/2 ft; length of vessel is 199 ft 6 in., depth 12 ft, and beam 42 ft; propulsion is by two Fairbanks-Morse diesels each developing 640 hp at 720 rpm.
