Two-axle 16-ton diesel hydraulic locomotives designed and built by Cockerill-Ougree for long haulage service on 600 mm gage Chemins de fer Vicinaux, known as Vicicongo railway; length over buffer beams 18 ft 10 in., width 7 ft 6 1/2 in., wheel spread 30 1/2 in., wheel base 9 ft 4 in.; starting tractive effort 10,550 lb; 6-cyl Cummins engine is derated to output of 250 bhp at 1900 rpm.
