In the "Railway and Shipping World." Gives an account of the success on the Niagara, St. Catharines and Toronto Railway, a steam line originally, but changed to electricity, and concludes that the freight business of interurban lines will pay if confined to the higher class of traffic, and attention is paid to dispatch and accommodation of the public.
