Development of civil air routes in Japan recently placed upon secure business footing by formation of Air Transportation Co., Ltd.; proposed routes which it hopes to inaugurate in 1929 include Tokyo-Dairen and Osaka-Shanghai; new Fokker planes ordered from Holland have accommodation for five passengers in addition to mails.
