General studies to improve safety of airplanes are recommended; complete study of wings from viewpoint of stability; complete study of glider with regard to maneuverability; improvement of present rules of construction, both aerodynamically and mechanically; general studies to be made concerning uses imposed upon aircraft; improvement of details not touched by essential specifications for this type of plane.
