Description A.W.A. servo-control unit for ailerons and rudders which is employed on new Armstrong-Whitworth Argosy airplanes to be used on Imperial Airways; unit is simple servo motor operated by relative wind; force transmitted by wind to control surfaces bears practically constant ratio to that applied by pilot, ratio being variable through very wide range.
