Description of Armstrong seadrome which is to be anchored in ocean between New York and Bermuda; seadrome, comprising steel landing deck, hotel, hangars, shops, stores, administration and technical offices, and crew quarters, is supported through system of steel and iron streamlined columns terminating in buoyancy and ballast tanks, all with displacement of about 25,000 tons.
