System of weather reporting interlocked with extensive radio-communication system for airways proposed; control stations now planned will further provide for safety of flight by broadcasting, at frequent and definite periods by radiotelephone, on 850 to 950 m. changes in weather conditions along airway; research work in airplane radio apparatus and airway marker beacons.
