Citroen, French automobile manufacturer, expresses fears that United States automobile market will be saturated by 1937 and will put French industry out of business; to overcome this difficulty, he advocates French cartel, carrying out of which requires single control; his chief competitors are Renault and Peugeot; fight for supremacy between Citroen and Peugeot was almost won by former through aid of General Motors when French Government intervened in favor of Peugeot.
