In wrecking sixstory Phelps Building, Binghamton, N. Y., crane erected two bays of trestle and was run up on to them by means of ramp 60 ft. long; from its position on trestle, crane, equipped with 65-ft. boom, handled all stones directly from their positions in walls into trucks at sidewalk.
