General arrangement drawings of dock are reproduced; length o.a. 630 ft., width 113 ft., total lifting power 15,000 tons; machinery is all electrically driven, current being obtained from three separate Diesel-engine driven d.c. generating units, each of 230 kw. capacity at 230 volts; they are direct coupled to 4-cylinder 2-stroke airless-injection Diesels, each of 360 b.hp. having speed of 275 r.p.m.; pumping equipment.
