"McDonnell" airplane tested in NACA full-scale wind tunnel, with and without propeller slipstream, both in original condition and with devices for reducing or eliminating tail buffeting; use of fillets practically eliminated wing-fuselage interference and greatly reduced tail vibrations due to buffeting; records of fluctuations in dynamic pressure of air stream at tail.
