Results of series of experiments upon new method, being followed up by trials on tugboats; system consists in developing impulses within ship and causing them to act upon outside surrounding water, resulting in reaction upon ship tending to stabilize it; in this instance, use is not made of statical effect, due to movement of mass inside ship, but pressures are actually generated to oppose forces which develop outside ship.
