Station will be opened to all shipping public and to all railroads; it likewise will be opened to all truckmen; it will measure about 500 ft. by 200 ft. and will have about 1400 linear feet of " tail-board" space for merchant's trucks; stations will be located so as to avoid centers of street-traffic congestion and as near center of various freight zones as may be practicable.
