All passenger trains in and out of Cleveland will be handled by electric locomotives after Jan. 1, 1930; newly electrified zone is to include 16 miles of multiple-track route; power distribution will be at 3000 volts direct current, with catenary over-head construction; motive power for initial operation will include twenty 204-ton geared type passenger locomotives; description, dimensions, weights, and ratings of locomotive.
