Announcement made by W. W. Atterbury, president of Pennsylvania Railroad Co., of plans to electrify entire train service between New York City and Wilmington, Del.; project will require expenditure of $100,000,000 and will be completed in 7 or 8 years; overhead construction and not third rail will be used.
