Rohrbach Works have completed and tested new large commercial flying boat specially intended for transocean flights; built to order of Deutsche Luft Hansa; it is high-cantilever monoplane, capable of carrying 12 passengers with luggage besides crew of four, and, at total flying weight of 19 tons, has range of 2500 mi.; length 72.5 ft.; constructed entirely of duralumin; it has three geared-down BMW VI engines of 500/720 hp. each.
