Organization is principal factor in effective and economical removal of snow; broom sweepers used by street railway; disposal in sewers, parks and vacant land; in 1927, 23,219 loads of snow were removed; cost, including loading, removal, cleaning crossings and gutters, and sanding, but less Transportation Commission rebate, was $ 22,021,88.
