Reduced car hours and car miles with more adequate service to public are some of possibilities offered by scientific rerouting; gives suggestions as follows: make full use of diagonal and radial routes; develop crosstown routes to relieve long hauls through downtown district; avoid congested streets; secure legal enactments to provide right-of-way for street cars; eliminate and reduce both right and left turns; plan now for transportation system of future.
