Review of results of McClintock plant; introduces scientific method of approach to problem since its inception; estimates based upon analysis of experience of operators of large fleets of motor vehicles show that $2,000,000 per year is being saved; accidents have been cut 30 per cent; enforcement of penalties against violators; adjustment of conflicts between pedestrians and motor vehicles at intersections; reaction of loading and clearance zones; progress in putting control plan in operation.
