Planet Satellite is low wing, cantilever monoplane powered by 250-bhp Gipsy Queen 31 mounted in fuselage behind cabin, and driving, through tailshaft, de Havilland, manually operated, variable pitch propeller located aft of tail unit; magnesium chosen as construction material and Argon arc welding process is to be employed throughout for fabrication; notable weight reduction and simplicity of design claimed.
