How methods for treating servo systems influenced by stochastic disturbances can be applied to aerodynamic problems of stochastic nature, and to make estimation of root mean square deviations of velocity, attitude angles, and load factor of aircraft in straight level flight subjected to normal atmospheric wind disturbances.
