Tests made in Langley 4.5-ft flutter research tunnel on uniform, untapered model wing by mounting concentrated weights which were 38, 60, 90 and 100% wing weight; wing was mounted as rigid cantilever; moment of inertia, position of chordwise center of gravity of weight, and spanwise location of weight were varied.
