Examination of high speed aeroelastic effects on maneuver point, with special reference to effect of rearward movement of local aerodynamic centers at supercritical Mach numbers; it is concluded that as regards possible shifts of maneuver point, aeroisoclinic wing is generally superior to conventional wing; for tailless aircraft, application of aeroisoclinic principle makes it possible to employ wings of aspect ratio much larger than practicable with conventional design.
