100 cars, built by Canadian Car and Foundry Co, notable for absence of compressed air equipment; length over anti-climbers 46 ft; distance between truck centers 22 ft 9 in.; width oa 8 ft 4 in.; height 10 ft 1/8 in.; wheelbase 6 ft; fitted with Westinghouse electric equipment, motors being 55-hp type 1432-J, four per car; control equipment is PCC accelerated type, with variable automatic rates of acceleration and braking.
