Fulham VIII, built by Burntisland Shipbldg Co for Fulham Borough Council, for navigation on Thames through succession of low span bridges; length oa 260 ft; breadth 39 ft 6 in.; depth molded 18 ft 9 in.; draft loaded 17 ft 5 1/4 in. propelled by two Mirrless, Bickerton and Day 12-cyl, 4-stroke 35° V supercharged Diesel engines, each developing normally, 820 bhp at 600 rpm.
