Construction report on overhead of Eastshore Freeway in San Francisco, which will elevate traffic over four railroad tracks, Lake Merritt canal and Fifth Avenue; foundation problems were serious since mud extended upward almost to surface; overhead crossing will provide roadway of portland cement concrete with width of 80 ft between curbs, 4 ft division strip and two safety curbs.
