Consideration of aircraft with 100-ft wing span and above with wing loading above 30-40 psi; most of these aircraft with ordinary fixed balance controls have controls which are either too heavy or too sensitive to production and other variations; pilots have learned to accept heavy controls, but heaviness limits safety; spring tab, servo tab, and powered flying controls.
