Built for Belgian Government by Soc Anon John Cockerill; vessel can accommodate about 110 cars; minimum height of 10 ft 2 in. will permit stowage of trucks, loaded freight trailers, etc; length oa 373 ft; breadth molded 49 ft 2 in.; depth to shelter deck 28 ft 8 in.; loaded draft 12 ft 5 in.; propelled by two Sulzer 2-stroke single acting 4180-bhp Diesel engines.
