Comparison of new wheeled cargo carries with World War II units; recent improvements are engines with 100% increase in horsepower, variable transmissions, flotation tires, sealed brakes, central tire inflation system, 24-v electrical system, locking differentials, interchangeable closed and open cabs, and greater cargo capacity.
