Use of machinery to do much of work of loading and unloading baggage, mail and express is method by which railroads and Railway Express Agency have had success in cutting train delays and expense which always have attended handling of this traffic; at terminals power trucks are being used with and without skids, as are tractor trailer train, power conveyors, and gravity conveyors, but at way stations baggage truck, powered or hand pulled, is still mainstay.
