4,500 ft long portion of Redwood Highway, will be built on Freshwater Lagoon Sandspit along Northern California Coast, about 40 mi north of Eureka; map shows proposed route which will be constructed at elevation 30 above sea level; maximum radius will be 12,000 ft as compared with 2000 ft of existing route.
