Board of Transportation of City of New York has placed in service, extension of Fulton Street line in Brooklyn from East New York express station to Euclid avenue express station, including large open air Pitkin avenue yard; total length of extension is about 2.5 mi of 4-track main line and two lead tracks to yard; on 11 mi of main tracks there are total of 60 automatic block signals in addition to interlocking signals; project described.
