Installation, by St Louis-San Francisco Railroad at grade crossing in vicinity of West Tulsa, Okla, designed to increase safety without expense of grade crossing elimination, and to protect double track movements, includes two 35-ft retarding barrier, units, traffic lights displaying red indications when train enters approach sections, and bell located in southwest corner; push button cut-outs provided for use during switching moves.
