For linear variation in propellant's thermal conductivity, stability criteria for propellant burning are derived; theoretical results indicate that stability modes are altered; stability diagrams are shown for two values in thermal conductivity parameter; thermal conductivity effect produces shift in instability modes from constant thermal conductivity condition; this effect is pronounced for values of dimensionless parameter b, less than one-third; in addition, low values of instability frequency are sensitive to thermal conductivity changes.
