Sound field radiated into moving medium by flat piston with arbitrary vibrational velocity distribution over its surface is investigated; solution is found by Fourier integral method; cases of uniform vibrational velocity distribution and distribution in form of traveling wave are investigated as examples; it is shown that in certain cases motion of medium may, even at relatively low velocities, alter radiated field considerably.
