Detail of poisoning plant consisting of two tanks mounted on cars, one for mixing and boiling and other for spraying diluted mixture on road; full charge of plant consists of 47 cwt. of arsenic (99 per cent) and 15 cwt. of caustic soda (70 per cent) or 25 cwt. of soda ash, and 2000 gal. of water thoroughly boiled for 6 hr.
